    PAKTIA, Apr. 8 – Mullah Abdul Ghani Mohammad, appointed as the new district governor of Chahar Baran district of Paktika province on the instructions of Paktika governor Maulana Abdullah Mukhtar, was introduced to the officials, staff and people of the district during an inauguration ceremony.
