KUNAR, May. 18 – Security forces have rescued a 14-year-old girl from the clutches of kidnappers in Kunar. The girl who had been missing from her family for about 18 months, was rescued by the Kunar Intelligence Agency and handed over to her family and 2 perpetrators of the crimes were arrested by forces.
BALKH, May 18 – A sizable amount of arms has been seized as a result of special operations in northern Balkh province. The arms consisted of 12 rounds of “M16 and16 other weapons. A spokesman for the Balkh police, Mohammad Asif Waziri, said a man, namely Qurban, was captured in relation to the case.
