FARAH, June. 12 – A gunfight that erupted early morning yesterday against enemy troops and continued throughout the day in Sheikh Lala area of Bala Baluk district ended with fleeing of enemy early night hours, says Al Emarah news. According to details as many as 8 minion including a mine detection expert – Fawad – have been killed while there corpses left on the battle ground with further 10 seriously wounded and 2 ANA gunmen including commander – Esmat – has been arrested. The corpses were then handed to hirelings with mediation of local elders. It is said that a tank has been destroyed in the operation. A Dshk, 3 heavy machine guns, 5 rifles, 2 communication devices and other war equipment seized adding that 5 Mujahideen also wounded in the operation.
