According to reports, Kabul administration troops and Arbaki militias have closed all supply routes for civilians in districts of Nusay, Kuf and other regions of Badakhshan province.
This crime has resulted in women, men, children, elderly, ill and other destitute people facing acute shortage of food, medicine and other basic necessities and commodity prices soaring above the means of people.
Cutting off supply routes out of resentment and revenge is unjustifiable, rather it is an indication of extreme weakness and frustration of the enemy whom seeks to pressure and torture ordinary people through absurd methods.
The Islamic Emirate, on top of condemning such blockade and punishment levied against civilians, urges human right organizations, humanitarian agencies and other responsible entities to bring an end to this persecution and oppression, and moreover national media must also raise voices of these oppressed people and publish reports in order to stave off people from annihilation and reopen supply routes.
