HELMAND, May. 08 – Helmand Public Works Department has repaired 4 bridges and 116 culverts since the advent of the Islamic Emirate. Officials of Helmand Public Works Department told Bakhter News Agency on Sunday that they have rebuilt 3 bridges including 116 culverts which were destroyed during the previous wars.
