KABUL, May. 16 – The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan congratulates the government and people of the United Arab Emirates on the election of H.E. Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan as the State President, said Foreign ministry spokesman.
We pray to Allah the Almighty to grant him success in this tenure, and hope that UAE would witness more security, prosperity, and development under his guidance, the spoksman added.
UAE has always stood by the Afghan people, lending a helping hand in times of difficulties. As always, Islamic Emirate seeks good relations with the brotherly country of the UAE.
