KABUL, May. 18 – Richard Bennett Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Afghanistan called on Foreign Minister Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi on Tuseday.

Mr. Bennett briefed regarding his visit to Afghanistan, the mission assigned to him and the work plan.

Minister Mottaki urged Mr. Richard to present a factual documentary, not to be judged by the media, biased circles and opposition figures outside Afghanistan also briefed the Special Rapporteur on the religious and cultural values ​​and cultural characteristics of the Afghan people so that they could take this into consideration while preparing the report and conducting the research.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Richard Bennett thanked Mr. Muttaqi for sharing important information regarding the positive developments, current situation, human rights, and the public image of Afghan society with the new government and the report will be based on facts.
