KABUL, June. 03 – Meeting of the Administrative Commission, chaired by Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi, the Deputy Prime Minister, was held on Thursday.

 

The members of the Administrative Commission presented their reports on the assigned tasks then, various issues such as hiring temporary staff in departments, performing overtime work for the personnel of the Department of Maintenance and Care of Annuals, the fate of the dismissed staff and addressing the problems of Afghans living abroad, were discussed and necessary decisions were made.

A panel was then tasked with reviewing some ministries and how to implement the livelihood assistance to military students and students, and report the outcome to the next meeting.

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs was instructed to prepare short-term and medium-term plans in order to reduce unemployment and provide employment opportunities, as well as a national employment policy in coordination with experts from relevant ministries and departments and to refer to the Emirate Cabinet.

To end the meeting approved a plan prepared by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs to issue work permits to foreign nationals after a review and necessary changes.
