This development follows an agreement between the Municipality of Herat and the Department of Information and Culture. The construction of this theater hall is expected to alleviate several challenges faced by artists in the region.
According to officials, the theater building will be constructed on a 400-square-meter plot of land, with a budget of 14 million Afghanis allocated for the project. The construction works are projected to be completed within six months, after which the theater will be ready for use.
