Daily Work Report of Committees

Torkham (Durand Fictitious Line)

 

Registration, Confirmation and Reception Committee:

324 families and 1758 individuals have been registered and biometrically recorded in Torkham, in the same way 190 families have been varified, of which 160 families are immigrants and the remaining 30 families are non-immigrants.

 

Services and Health Affairs Committee:

 

Meals and water were distributed to 1213 the returning refugees by the service committee in the Umari camp.

The service committee, the officials of communication and information technology distributed 1213 SIM cards for free to the returned refugees.

2600 blankets, 1000 packets of mineral water, 400 male and female jumpers, 300 packets of food items, and 8 tankers were distributed by various charities. 150,000 liters of water have been distributed.

 

Finance Management Committee:

 

380 needy returning refugees were given cash assistance of 10000 in the presence of officials.

 

Transport and Transfer Committee:

 

145 families with 772 members have been safely transported to different provinces by different types of vehicles, and 233,000 Afghanis have been given to these families for rent.

17 different types of vehicles were provided in the Torkham-camp to safely transport the returning Afghans from the Torkham fictitious line to the relevant camp.

 

Mosques and Education Organizing Committee:

 

The members of the organizing committee of churches and education gave reform statements to the citizens who came from Torkham.

Meanwhile, the members of this committee continue to give corrective statements to the citizens who came to Spin Boldak, Islam Kala and Angora Ada.

 

Employment Committee for Immigrants:

 

Today in Torkham, the Employment Committee for Refugees has 15 bachelor’s degree holders, 2 post-baccalaureate degree holders, 2 bachelor’s degree holders, 7 memorizers of the holy Quran, 1 Shahdatul Alia certificate holders, 1 religious scholar, 560 worker and 183 professional people were registered, making a total of 771 people.

 

Information and Public Awareness Committee:

 

The information and public awareness committee is conducting public awareness for the returnees and corrective statements were made in the settlements.

Six children who were separated from their families in the camp were returned to their families through the efforts of the Information and Public Awareness Committee.

One unaccompanied child was referred to the Harrow Institution for services.

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs shares its advice with refugees regarding children’s diseases, mental problems and mine safety, and today 108 public awareness of children’s safety and mines and unexploded ordnance was given.

 

Spin Boldak (Durand Fictitious Line)

Registration, Confirmation and Reception Committee:

In Spin Boldak, 537 families with a total of 2356 people were registered and biometriced by the Ministry of Interior.

Out of this, 427 families were introduced to IOM, DRC and WWF for the purpose of necessary assistance while 6 Male prisoners are also recorded.

Transport and Transfer Committee:

From Spin Boldak District and Kandahar, 178 families with a total of 1168 people were sent to Kandahar, Kabul, Helmand and other provinces by 28 different types of vehicles, and 171,000 AFN rent was also paid.

Finance Management Committee:

Today on the Durand imaginary line in Spin Boldak, financial affairs organization committee helped 484 families and each family was given 10,000 Afghanis.

Services and Health Affairs Committee:

Meals have been distributed to 8900 returnees in the afternoon and evening in Spinboldak and Seharandam.
Health teams assessed the health status of the refugees in the camps.
1005 patients were treated by the Ministry of National Defense, Mirwais Nikah Hospital, Red Crescent, Health Net Institute and Baran Health Teams of the Services and Health Affairs Committee; 2404 people were vaccinated, 1078 people were screened, 283 people were given special corona vaccine, 21 malaria samples and 11 corona samples were taken. ; 3 patients were discharged and 8 others were admitted.

In order to prevent bad weather and dust, water was sprinkled in the camp, garbage was collected and removed, and 50,000 liters of clean drinking water was delivered.
Power lines were extended in the Takhta Pul camp, generators were installed and other generators were also repaired.
The service committee, the officials of communication and information technology have distributed 1363 SIM cards to the returned refugees.
Tents, blankets, food and other items have been prepared for the refugees as needed.

Paktika (Durand Hypothetical Line)

Services and Health Affairs Committee:

The Services and Health Affairs Committee, 51 patients were treated and 7 people were vaccinated by the Ministry of National Defense and public health teams.
The services and health affairs committee provided breakfast, lunch and dinner to the refugees, and the same food and accommodation was also taken into consideration at night.
Food was distributed to 56 refugees and committee members and nine refugees were treated.
The service committee, 14-digit SIM cards have been distributed to the returned refugees by the officials of communication and information technology.
Complete arrangements have been made for the return of refugees in Troy.

Information and Public Awareness Committee:

Public awareness was given to returning refugees about the contribution of all citizens in building their country.

The service and health affairs committee has provided breakfast, lunch and dinner to 150 refugees and members of the joint committees, and arrangements have been made to spend the night.

Transport and Transfer Committee:

 

2 families were transferred from Angor Ada to the refugee camp and from there to their districts and villages, and each family was given 10,000 Afghanis by the financial management committee.

 

Paktia (Durand Hypothetical Line)

 

Services and Health Affairs Committee:

 

Meal was given to 150 people today and arrangements have been made for them to spend the night.

54 refugees have been treated by the health teams of the Ministry of Public Health and Defense.

6 SIM cards have been distributed to the refugees by the officials of communication and information technology.

 

Zabul:

 

Registration, Confirmation and Reception Committee:

 

18 families with 70 members were registered in Shamalzo of Zabul and they were given food and non-food aid.

 

Transfer and Transport Committee:

 

11 families with a total of 60 people were transferred to the well-known district of Kandahar and the Nave district of Ghazni by three different types of vehicles, and each family was given 10,000 Afghanis.

 

Services and Health Affairs Committee:

 

Children of eleven families were treated, given food and other services were also provided to them.

 

Nimroz

 

Registration, Confirmation and Reception Committee:

 

In the last 24 hours, 24 families with a total of 104 people and 2092 single people have been registered in Nimroz, of which 105 people have been introduced to foundation for assistance.

 

Temporary Settlement of Refugees Committee:

 

Today in Nimroz 7 families with the number of people 31 were settled in a temporary refugee camp and they were given cash and non-cash assistance by the IOM organization.

Health and public awareness services were provided to the returned refugees in Nimroz today.

 

Herat

 

Registration, Confirmation and Reception Committee:

 

In the last 24 hours, 32 families, whose number is 184, were registered in Herat; 10,000 Afghanis were given to them and they were introduced to the IOM organization for further aid.

 

Finance Management Committee:

 

10,000 Afghanis were given to 15 families in Islamkala port by the financial committee.
